There is a 3-day cancellation window from the date of purchase. Contact Shalynne Barr at shalynnebarr.com to request 100% refund.
Three days after your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of your order on our "Custom Order Sheet". You must reply to this email to confirm your order with it's details before the order is started.
Once your order is confirmed and started, all sales are considered final without returns, refunds or exchanges.
When your order is delivered, and you would like the order to be remade, there is a fee to remake your order. (See below.)
